- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 2 cups confectionary sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to a boil slowly.
- Lower heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Let sit at least 1.5 hours on counter before serving.
